WARRANTIES
All Wiley X eyewear is warranted to the original purchaser for life against manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship. Upon receiving returned eyewear that Wiley X determines to be defective, we will repair or replace it, at our option. If the warranty claim has been approved by Wiley X and the customer’s original frame is no longer available, the eyewear may be replaced with a model of equal value, as chosen by customer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse, and other issues determined by Wiley X not to be a manufacturer's defect. For any claims to be valid product must have been purchased from an authorized Topace Pty Ltd dealer and must include a copy of receipt of purchase.
Prescription Warranties
Further to the above warranty policy, the following additional conditions apply should the claim be in regards to a frame fitted with prescription lenses. If the model needing repair or replacement has been deleted from the Wiley X range, a new replacement frame of equal value may be provided. Please note the warranty does not extend to the production, grinding and fitting of new prescription lenses to suit the replacement frame.
Please note: A processing fee of $10.00 applies to all warranty claims. This fee includes return postage.
